Chia Seed Damson Plum Jam


  • 2 Tbsp Damson Plum Jam
  • ½ Cup Berries 
  • 4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 100ml Water


  1. Bring a saucepan over low heat
  2. Add Berries, Brown Sugar, Chia Seeds and Water. Stir and let simmer whilst pulping/pureeing the berries until a sauce-like texture. The Chia Seeds should have expanded - you should now have a pulpy substance. 
  3. Add Damson Plum Jam and gently stir until dissolved. 
  4. Take off heat and let cool.
  5. Store in airtight jars and enjoy with crackers, bread, granola, you name it!
