Add Berries, Brown Sugar, Chia Seeds and Water. Stir and let simmer whilst pulping/pureeing the berries until a sauce-like texture. The Chia Seeds should have expanded - you should now have a pulpy substance.
Add Damson Plum Jam and gently stir until dissolved.
Take off heat and let cool.
Store in airtight jars and enjoy with crackers, bread, granola, you name it!
