Customer Service & Guarantees

We pride ourselves on our friendly service and prompt delivery and go to great lengths to provide the best quality products. Any feedback from our customers is always appreciated. We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to provide a remedy if need be.

Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not happy in any way with the product you receive, please return it for a full refund. If the product is faulty we will refund you in full, including your return delivery. If the product has been damaged in transit, we will refund you in full, including your return delivery charges.


You have the right to cancel your order after it has been placed. Please email sales@thedamsoncollection.co.nz with your name and contact number. We expect to ship orders quickly so we would appreciate cancellations being made within 12 hours of the original order. If you cancel your order after we have shipped it, you are responsible for the safe return of the order, including delivery charges, in its original condition. If you do not return it, you will be charged in full.
