Good quality dark chocolate
Damson Plum Coulis
Mini marshmallows (optional)
Keeping the skin on, make a slit along one side of the banana. Push 5 pieces of dark chocolate into the slit and a few marshmallows. Wrap in tin foil really well so that if cooking on a bonfire it will be secure.
Place on bonfire or in oven at 180C for 20 minutes. Once cooked pour over Damson Coulis and enjoy!
