Ingredients- Panini roll
- Rotisserie cooked chicken
- 8 Slices of camembert/brie
- Rocket
- A few dollops of Damson Plum Jelly
Method
Slice roll in half lengthways. Add fillings. Toast in panini press or under grill for 5-10 mins.
